10th Birthday Monate Holiday voucher

Hi there,

So i purchased a monate bundle and recieved the following text:

You stand a chance to win in our daily and weekly prizes with cars, cash and vouchers up for grabs. Click https://telkommonate.co.za/ or dial *120*78910# and use your unique code ******** to enter. Good Luck! T&Cs apply.

I then proceeded to dial *120*78910# and followed the prompts. I then won a holiday voucher which I was to receive an SMS with further instructions on how yto o redeem the voucher. I was to receive the SMS on the 22nd October 2020 and to date, nothing has come through. I later called customer care and was told my matter would be escalated to a Team Leader however, when I called to make a follow up today the 26th October I was told no call was logged for investigation and i should wait for the team leader to get back to me.

So, its past the 24hrs that i was told to wait for feedback and now im told to wait some more.

This is very disappointing as Im not expecting such from my network provider. I was very happy with the win as my birthday is coming up soon and was looking forward to enjoying a prize from Telkom.
