10Mbs ADSL Package extra's ? ? ? ?
I've app**** for a new 24 months contract via the website - 10Mbs ADSL line. The upgrade/installation was only done after two months ! According to the information on the website, a free Range Extender, WiFi Modem and Android TV Media Box comes with this package (24 months contract), which I have. Nothing received! I'm unable to get any assistance via the customer service Telkom number. Bad bad bad.
