10mbs ADSL connects at 0.6mb
After Telkom took the ability from ISPs to set up connections manually and diverted it to their automatic service, my connection drop from a (paltry, but acceptable) 7mbs connection to a 1.7mbs connection.

Afrihost lodged a complaint, reference 50ARK080515

After two weeks, my ADSL is now connecting at 640kbps. 640kbps!!! I'M PAYING FOR A 10mb LINE!

I'd like to be remunerated for this.
