10mb uncapped 24 month contract billing extra

<p>I recently took a 10mb uncapped 24 month contract with telkom in mid march 2017, this package is R799 per month including free installation a free router and landline rental included. Now i get a bill of over R3000? I still didnt receive my router and today is the 16th April 2017. My wife went to a telkom shop to pay the march bill and telkom said we dont have to pay??</p> <p> </p> <p>Why does telkom then bill me for installation, march, and my router???</p>
