10mb Line not installed after 1 month

I signed up for the January offer for 10mb line, lit tv box, wifi extender but to this day, the line has not been installed. I have tried the online chat, no response, 10213 on hold continuously, emailed & no response.

I finally get through on 10213 after waiting for over 10mins, only to be told I must call back at 17h30 since their system down. Spoke to Ayanda. No response received for this post for 2 days!
