10M / DSTV Decoder

I was contacted by Telkom with an offer to upgrade my ADSL to 10MB and receive a free DSTV Explorer Decoder - so I agreed. <br> <br> Problem 1 - Telkom cannot provide me with 10 MB or anything close to it !- DESPITE them clearly claiming that THEY have tested the line and their local exchange can support this speed. I am not stupid - I do release that at sometimes my speed may be a bit less than 10 MB and I cant expect a perfect 10 MB all the time - but I do expect to get close to 10MB at some point and also not be totally off this speed level EVERY evening - I barely get 3 MB at night. I do not accept that I must take a lower speed as \some other users in my area might be downloading data"- what a joke!<br> <br> If Telkom claim to sell a 10 MB service and can only supply max 6.5 MB then I regard this a breach of contract - they are clearly overselling their capacity to deliver <br> <br> <br> Problem 2 - My DSTV decoder cannot be delivered as they have run out of stock and are now only starting to process Dec 2014 orders!! ..of course this was not disclosed to me when I order the service in Jan....<br> <br> I feel totally **********!"""
