105 days no phone line
My parents have been without a working phone line for about 3 and half months (105 days).
He can't speak to his grandchildren on Skype. Christmas is coming and it's going to be a sad sad experience for them.
After ignoring the problem for 2 months (after many many many wonderful complaints), they finally acknowledged the fault, logged a query....and promised it would be fixed soon soon.
Guess what, it's STILL broken.
Thank you Telkom for ruining Christmas for my parents.

How is is possible for a company to allow this kind of service???
