1023 CALL CENTRE WORST EVER

I am so disgusted with 1023 service. We were trying yesterday to locate a Telkom direct store. First we were at O R Thambo airport only to find out the store closed. We went to East Rand Mall guess what store closed down. I phoned 1023 a lady by the name of Hester assisted me it was around 09: 47 I asked to please direct me to the closest Telkom Direct store in the East Rand she ended up yelling at me because I insisted on her assisting. When I asked to speak to her manager she cut the call. How is that for customer service????? Then I phone again was assisted and advised to phone 10219 guess what business call centre. Why would I phone the business call centre to get a Telkom direct store for domestic use???? Eventually ended up going to Alberton City got there guess what store is not open on Sundays. Eventually went to The Glen told us we were selected for manual credit vetting and will be phoned today??? Telkom is having financial issues and retrenching left right and centre but yet when we as clients offer new business we get treated like this. Catch a wake up please and smell the coffee Telkom you are by far the worst telephonic service provider on the face of this earth.
