10214 Call Center Not Operational

I report faults for your Corporate Customers on a daily basis. I have been unable to report faults through 10214 for the past two months. I have reported it to your agents already but it seems they are not aware of the problem . When you dial 10214 to report a fault you are requested to enter they number that you want to report. When I enter the number I get a voice message to say : Your number was not recognized as corporate. To report a fault press 1. Then when I press 1 the call are terminated. Your 10217 call center does not want to help with reporting faults on corporate lines. So please tell me what should I do to resolve this issue with your 10214 call center that is not working ????
