10210 no answer!!!
The week of 1 December until 4 December I have tried many times to reach Telkom on 10210 and been on hold for as long as 18 minutes until the phone goes dead and then I try again. I want to get hold of someone so I can order an ADSL line. Typical service from another horrible government owned entity.
