10210 - Never answer
My Phone line stopped working 31/1/15. Logged a complaint and to date only had a system generated SMS that the fault will be addressed within 2 days ref 279CWK310115. Since then we cannot get hold of a human through the fault report line and nothing has happened - I urgently need the service restored please!!!
