I app**** for Huawei E5573 on SmartInternet 500MB and received my goods, activated / RICAed my sim for this deal.

However, on Telkoms website it is stated that one will get:

I never received on my deal: 1) 100GB once-off all network data Promo 2) 50 free SMSs per day 3) Unlimited free calls to Telkom mobile and landline numbers (3,000-minute Fair Usage Policy) 4) Free calls and messages on IM apps like WhatsApp

When I enquired from Telkom via twitter, they say for items 3 & 4: hi,apologies for the delayed response. Please note that the deal provided does not offer the benefits , it the Freeme bundles that offered them ^WC

For item 2: please note that you will get 50 free SMSs a day when sending 5 SMSs from your airtime. ^ZM

The website give me a complete different story. This is false advertising. I demand these benefits form Telkom as advertised on their website. In fact, the 100GB is what made me take out the deal in the first place.

I am with Telkom for years and deserve better service. Thank you
