100GB Night Surfer Lies

I've tried endless nights (00:00-07:00) trying to do updates using the 100GB night surfer deal. It was supposed to spare my normal contract data but it seemed to be not the case. Even after depleted contract data, my phone keeps on notifying me that I have no internet connection but I have 100GB night surfer data deal? ***? I've spend quite a bit of money to stay a float but this is utter BS. You guys can't make such empty promises. I've been a customer for the last couple of years and haven't had many issues but this is surely an inconvenience.
