2 months of begging this sad excuse of a business to come install adsl. 2 months of sorry can't help you system is down, or the technician says he was there, or you already have an active line. Best one was we can't find it. When I can Google the complex in 2 seconds.

I work in a call center and I am so discussed by how unprofessional and unwilling or unable to help you are.

I am struggling as a potential client. I can only imagine how badly existing clients are treated. I would rather spend twice the amount on data and go through any other company. I have called in almost every day for 2 months, still nothing.
