100% Data Used 0% Freedom!!!
I cannot begin to mention my frustration at a company who pride themselves on service.
I took out a 24 Month contract with the LIT TV Box and showmax and 100GBs monthly Data. As advised showmax streaming is data free and to my surprise every month since purchase my data is 100% used up not even half way through the month despite numerous calls and 0 Ratings on Customer Service they always have something better to say than wat was advised. My billing is not even the same as what is on my contract.
This will be going to the ombudsman
