10 times in 6 months

<p>My phone line has been out of service for about 6-10 times this year already and every time it takes days for it to be fixed. I'm not asking for a favour, I pay for this service. Currently, its been 6 days since it's been reported and still no joy. No point in calling because they can't really give you feedback, the poor call centre agent needs to fend off frustrated customers and the technicians can keep the network going. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shame on you....</p>
