10 MONTHS AND LINE STILL NOT CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 1 August 2018 I lodged a complaint about my phone line not being cancelled ! I have only received a response that my complaint is being investigated.

9 days later and STILL NO FURTHER FEEDBACK and I have just received my phone bill and am STILL BEING CHARGED FOR A LINE I DON'T HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What will it take to sort this out and cancel ********** 399!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
