10 gigs???
I pay for 10 gigs per month but am only allocated 1 gig why????? I phone 10210 and am sent from internet to accounts and back for hours with no success!!!! You advertise in the media but cannot deliver what your current customers pay for why??? I am tired of your inefficient service, which has no rating whatsoever but you expect me to continue paying my account. Your service is non existent so where are the SUPERVISORS or RESPONSIBLE PERSONS who should monitor this atrocious service???
