10 gb of data depleted in 12 days

I made an enquiry call to 081180.

I bought data on 09 March 2017 and by 22 March 2017 it was depleted. I made a call to Telkom from 12:15pm to 12:58pm on 23 March 2017. Within this time I only got an explanation of 3.7 gigabyte from the 10 gb I purchased.

I started from Lebo, she couldn't provide an explanation and transferred me to another lady. This lady explained that I used up my data as follows,

12 March 13:15 - 14:30 1 gb;
13 Mrach 17:15 - 21:54 1.7 gb;
13 March 21:00 - 12:00 1 gb;
When I asked this lady how I can use 1 gb in an hour and 1.7gb in 4-5 hours, she couldn't explain
it and she said I must hold and said she was not transferring me. She transferred me without informing me and Cannan Mthethwa picked up my call. I got the feeling that Cannan was just in a fighting mode as he started telling me how much he has dealt with people like me and he said that data doesn't just get depleted on its own. He said they don't have call references to data queries either.
Apparently his system, funny enough took more than 3 minutes to never come up (apparently it was very slow), until he eventually decided to take my number down and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for his call.

No downloads were made during this time, just visiting the MyUnisa website, getting into discussions and submitting assignments.

I would be very much happy if someone at telkom can tell me what happened with my data.
It was not the first I bought 10 gb of data at telkom and I don't believe that in 12 days (studying),
I have used up all 10 gb of data. R499 is a lot of money. I feel very cheated and I don't think Telkom agents took my query seriously.

My number is ********** 394.
