10 days Downgraded to a 0.30 Mbps speed from 100/100. Call center is useless!

I upgraded to a 100/100 fiber line and as result telkom puts me to a 0.30 Mbps internet after 10 days of reporting nothing has been done. Support is useless and no one cares. Great way to look after faithful costumers. You are useless!
