10 days and still waiting for home wifi router sim activation

<p>30th of June i app**** for a wifi router online after which I got a call to conform my order. On the 7th of july Telkom debited my account for the monthly subscription. On teh 11th of July, the device was delivered and an activation manual that comes with the router suggests that the buyer will receive an email or sms with alink to activate the router, waited for 2days and still I had not received a link. Called Telkom on the 13th of July and a rude gyuy on the phone told me I have to call when am with the router for him to activate the sim. As soon as I got home I called Telkom again and the lady just took my details after which I got an sms saying they are working on my query. Called Telkom on the 14th of July and I was told the activation takes 72 working hours!!! Worst service ever! 10 days after debit, i still cannot use a service that I paid for.</p>
