10 days ago and still waiting!!!

Well where do i start i went to telkom gateway cause i needed a phone urgently due to my phone packing up. So i ordered the iphone 8 this was 10 days ago and i am still waiting for my pick up call i really dont understand why it takes so long to get the stock needed! I actually feel embarressed calling them over and over to check up on my order its my airtime being used even those times they dont pick up the phone. I spoke to the manager and he came across as quite rude.. But anyway i really wish that telkom can make a move on hey its like they on a go slow and its frastrating.
