The level of staff incompentecy is appalling, the manager Mbulelo is so oblivious & clueless, i came in to upgrade my excisting package of which the process usually take less than a hour, it took Lucas 3weeks to process an application which still today matter is not resolved, Lucas even used another staff memebers logg in details to process the application without his permission, that's falsification, where is the integrity in that,every week it's a different excuse yet no resolution or alternative is offered,
