10 000 hours (on the phone to Telkom)

<p>Lost/cancelled/dropped/missing application over and over and over again. I have been trying for 2 months to get a landline installed. I've tried applying online, in store and over the phone. I've tried personal and business applications. And nothing seems to work. Inevitably I end up on the phone almost every precious lunch break using my works landline (becase i OBVIOUSLY DONT HAVE ONE YET) to call the Sales department at Telkom. And inevitably I get told that there was an application but it was cancelled, or that there will be an application, or that ther is no application or what what what. <br />After yet another 40 minutes on the phone to Telkom today and no closer to getting my line I am at the end of my tether. <br /><br /></p>
