1 year still no serice on recieve calls/messages

<p>I took 2 contracts out December 2015. one of the lines ( ********** ) still to date can’t receive messages or calls! i have been busy with telkom in the past month and the only thing i get is a sms telling me they are "working" on it! Really!?! You guys are pathetic! I can’t wait to cancel my 3 lines with you guys!!! Your LTE service is just as pathetic! I’m writing this to warn people about telkom! you can’t upgrade a line half way into the contract like Vodacom. the staff don’t know the products like the staff from Vodacom! you cannot sort an issue out in store like Vodacom! There is 2 members in a telkom store vs 10 staff members in a Vodacom store! I’m seriously over Telkom! Well done telkom, your 8ta/ telkom mobile is as **** as the original telkom! (case ********** 3)</p>
