1 week,Still holding

<p>I ordered a phone from Telkom online, They said a consultant would get back to me, I called back the next day which was a week ago, Till today everyday I call, It tells me about high call volumes. The longest Ive held on the call was 26mins, and still nothing. I think this is horrible service. Really not impressed.</p>
