1-Star Review – Telkom Mobile is Beyond Useless

If I could give Telkom zero stars, I would. Even that would be too generous. They are lightning-fast when it comes to signing you up for a contract, but the moment you actually need help? Good luck. Their in-store service is shockingly bad, and trying to get assistance through their dial-up call center is even worse—it’s like they go out of their way to make sure you never get the help you need.

With a 1.37-star rating on Hello Peter, it’s clear that Telkom doesn’t care about improving. Their customer service is an absolute joke. It’s as if they only train their consultants on selling contracts, then throw them into the deep end with zero knowledge on how to assist customers. The incompetence is unreal.

Serame Taukobong, as the CEO of Telkom, you need to do better. Your company’s slogans—“Possible Begins Here” and “Tomorrow Starts Today”—are laughable at this point. If tomorrow is anything like today’s service, we’re all doomed. Telkom, step up or shut down.
