1 star for at least answering your calls and having no clue what to do!

<p>I signed a contract with Telkom to get uncapped wifi for R600 pm. I pay and they provide a service. Good deal. Not! The Aztek rooters that Telkom gave me and which they installed, Telkom cannot configure it anymore so sorry they cannot help me as technical support is still looking into the matter. Well its been 2 weeks and I am still paying for a service which I am not getting. The fat cats (Telkom Directors) need to realise it is ********* for people to pay for a service and not getting anything in return. Judge Mervin King in the King Report said: companies need to apply or explain. Well it seems Telkom never heard about ********* behaviour or the King Reports!!</p>
