1 October 2017 ANOTHER ADD ON BUNDLE!!!!!

Now i am fed up, Friday 29 Sept 2017 i received a call from Thulani at telkom head office i believe. He ensured me that there is no add on bundles and will sent to billong department to sort it out. On Sunday morning 1 October 2017 another 5 GB add on bundle. Now this costs me R349 extra. Every month i need to call Telkom to remove the add on bundle then they say wait till you get your bill. When i get it oh no sorry we can not change it we wil divert to billing. This can not go on i am furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are *****ing my money i did not ask for your add on nonsense. Useless piece of COMPANY!!!!!!!!
