1 month of no service; Tech Fault no 45765

I have been without a telephone and internet service for about a month now. We had to get a relative to log a call which was done on 20/02 using your online service. We followed up on the 25th and the 26th with promises of restored services on the same day. On the 27th I called your call center and indicated to Innocent Sithembiso Moloi that I was not accepting the normal response of "it's been escalated" only to be left with no service and another long wait on the call center line for someone to answer. Please note that the telephone call with Innocent lasted for more than 35 minutes, I was eventually put through to Thobani Zama (Assistant Manager - Operations) who fobbed me off onto Billy February via email which I insisted I needed to be copied on. After 24 hrs of no repsonse I emailed and Billy responded on 28/02 simply stating "Give me a sub number". I responded within the hour seekign clarity on what a sub number is. He responded later the evening requesting the telephone number that will allow him to track the fault - all of the info he needed was on the log sent to him by Innocent. The claim is that my fault is related to a general outage inthe neighbourhood. I explained why I didn't agree as my outage started before the general outage in the area. I also requested the reference number for the general outage which no-one has been able to supply me with. I emailed again on 02/02 and Billy called and agreed to send a technician but would contact me on 03/03 to make arrangments. I emailed again on the afternoon of 03/03 but other than a 1 ring missed call from an unknown number, I have had no response. I emailed again on 09/03, no reponse and 13/03, no repsonse. If your managers are so apthathetic, why do you expect anything different from your staff? Telkom has disconnected me before by giving my port to someone else (sounds *********); how do I know you haven't done the same thing again? Why can I not get a reference number for the 'general' outage or some feedback on what's going on? I have spent a fortune on data as both my son's are studying and require access to the internet. I need connectivity for work and I am sick of paying for a service that is, at best intermittent and at worst not available at all. Your promise in your mission (we connect you to a better life) is meaningless if it lives only on paper - your staff just don't care and I assume neither do you.
