1 month NO Connection/NO feedback

After more than one month still no internet access thanks to Telkom. My provider is MWeb but you are ****ing their business with your pathetic service.

It has been reported numerous times by myself and MWeb and still no response. This is not acceptable...

I know public shaming won't work because everyone already knows it but let's add to the masses...

And still after 1 month with no working line you have the cheekiness to send me a bill for the services? You gave me no service... why should I pay you...
