1 Month Line Outage - Pathetic Service

<p>It has been a month since I reported a fault on my line, the line is dead. I have called Telkom on numerous occassions and they tell me the technician has been working on it. Unacceptable paying for a service that I am not even utilizing. Telkom promises best speeds, what's the use when there is no servce at all!</p>
