1 month later still no response

Logged a call on December 16 My multidimensional on my 2nd router says out of bundle. Still 74 gigs remaining on monthly contract 40 plus calls later still no word and no access to data for which I have paid I have never had such shocking service from any company Their head office number is not listed They obviously do not want to deal with customers
