1 Month gone and still waiting!!!!!!

Telkom is THE MOST USELESS service provider!!!!!!! I am waiting a whole month for my landline to be fixed. I get different excuses and promises everytime I call. I cannot believe that they have such *********** staff that cannot fix the problem or if they short staffed, but to wait a whole month for a simple thing like to fix a cable is just pathetic service.
