1 Month, and still no internet

I contacted my ISP regarding a fault with my Internet connection on the 10th of December. They informed me that the fault was with Telkom's line and a request for the line repair/ inspection was created the same day (Fault ***). <br> <br> It is now the 13th of January 2016 and the problem is still not resolved after countless calls to Telkom and my ISP. When will this issue be resolved as I am still being charged for services I am not receiving.
