1 month and no rectification!

Well this is my 3rd public report now. My sim is yet to be reconnected....what a surprise, Telkom is a joke of a company, i have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Its march already and i paid may account over a month ago and nothing has been done but let me tell you i will defiantly hear from them when they want their money at the end of march for the ****tiest service i have ever received. Perhaps i shall take the legal route as of today and contact my lawyer. Good job Telkom team!
