1 month 7 days and no deposit details

<p>I have spent exactly 1 month and 7 days waiting on Telkom to send me details for me to pay in order to receive the package I app**** for 4mb line uncapped.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is rather disappointing if they can't even send me details for me to make a payment. </p> <p>How long I still have to wait to get payment details and how long I will then wait after I make payment. Their service is horrible we consistently get a we are waiting on head office response. </p> <p>Honestly if Telkom wasn't a monopoly and my only option, it would be my last option</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
