1 missed payment, lifetime horror.

I have a phone contract with them, I missed a payment, since then I have been paying twice the amount even after I have settled the arrears, their agents are hopeless they can't assist you with anything you already know. Thought of having a contract with them? It's at your own peril. I don't think they have a working debtors department.
