I finished paying my contract I then continue to pay for sim benefits which was data and sms's. I was also continue to pay for the router. Unfortunately I lost my router sim. I then went to jabulani mall Telekom to cancel the benefits and the router contract. In the store I was given the assurance that both the sim benefits and router contract are canceled. To my surprise two to three months later I get an message from telkom that I owe R400 something, I then went to jabulani mall telkom were I took my time and took a taxi with my last money to cancel this things. When I get there I asked why I'm still owing telkom because I came to cancel everything. I was told that the person whom was helping me to cancel my contract doesn't work there anymore and there is nothing they can help me with. I then try to call telkom help line, they didn't help me, when I told what there employee has done, they told me that I should pay that R400 and something amount. Seeing that I'm not getting any help, I went to telkom protea glen, I was also told that they can not help I just need to pay that R400 and something, which I ended up pay, and a again after some months I got a message that I owe telkom and I have been handed over. Everytime when I try to call telkom they will say they're transferring you to the right department till they hangup, you will wait and hold for an hour plus and they will hangup your call. All I can say is that telkom it's a ****. Reply (0)
