I took my telkom in January and I was not happy requested the contract to be cancelled within 7days but the contract was cancelled after months now they did not refund me for those months,and I hve been calling no one gets back and went in to store they werw very rude to me

20 Apr 2018, 17:47Pls get back to me im waiting for my refund I even spoke to managers and they neva called me back wt kind of service is ths it has been going on since jan everyday I call and spk to a number of consultants including managers and they promise to cl in a certain time bt have neva heard frm any of them .....last night spoke to thato he says the query for refund was neva logged so wt exactly m I calling for it seems they dnt tke ths matter seriously ..... and I wanted to cancel my other contract aswel bt they neva call back nw its past the time and nw I still want to cancel nw they say mus pay early termination fee bt its ther fault for nt gettng back to ther customers ....lastly ive been told the netwrk is perfect in my area I dnt get netwrk at all one of my reasons for wanting to cancel
