I upgraded my account at EastGate mall and come end of month I noticed they have loaded someone else account to my account and have taken money off of me. When I called in, they told me they had sorted out the issue of *****. They **** and still stole the money not authorized. I say sole the money as this is how i feel. Not once did the lady advise me to go to police and open a ***** case. As per our conversation she had lodged the ***** and will be sorted out ASAP.
