*** cancelled insted of ported

Against written and verbal request, 8ta cancelled my 15 year old cell number *** and handed it back to Cell C. They SAY they CANT do anything about it now. Cell C say they have sold it but it still only has Voice mail. If I do not get this business critical number back and ported to my new subscriber within 48 hours I am going to pursue a legal case of negligence and damages against 8ta and encourage anyone else who has had the same issue to join me on a class action suit by emailing me your basic situation to [Email Removed] . If you were sold this number PLEASE refuse or return it to Cell C as this is only going to cause unnecessary problems for you in the near future. I regret your inconvenience too. Michael
