081180 Customer Care ***********

<p>Debit order bounced at end of Jan 2017 and double went off on 24th Feb. It is now 14 March and the line is still suspended. Been calling the 081180 customer care since Friday the 10th March and no one knows what to do. Called in again this morning on 14th and a man by the name of Pilani sounds like he has no clue what is going on then proceeds to tell me that he has reconnected the line only to get me off the phone........</p>
