I have a contract with Telkom, have paid till the end of my router contract and continued for years to pay for it but without any upgrade. I decided to come to Telkom Northgate, service was great. However I used their line to contact an agent to help with cancellation, where I spoke to Amanda, where she informed me that I should provide her with my ID to check my account on the system, thereafter she hanged up without any communication. Bad service but when I was taking the contract I didn't get such. Called again and was kindly assisted by Steven who understood my frustration and assisted.
