0.2 mb/s with with 4G

I called 2 weeks ago to report my terribly low telkom line speed. Im using 4g and getting less than 0.3 mb/s which is ridiculous! Im being charged R999 a month. Last month when i report i was told its because I used 150g so they slowed my speed down, i told them that its not possible because i used less than 50g. Today being a new month, i tested again and im getting 0.2 mb/s which is almost as good as nothing, nevermind streaming, a simple web page cant load. Please assist or cancel my contract as Telkom cant deliver what they have promised.
