0.1 mb/s on a 10mb/s line. 1300ms ping!! Terrible service. Stay away from Telkom.

I have been getting less than 0.1mb on a 10mb/s line for the past month. I am not even to browse google, let alone load actual pages or emails. The ping from JHB to JHB runs around 1300ms sometimes!! Every single time you phone Telkom they tell you to reset your router, but they never actually do anything to fix the problem. Router resets works for around 5 minutes and then your speed drops to below 0.1mb/s. The first chance I get to get fiber from a different provider, I'm taking it. Don't waste your time with Telkom and their terrible service.
