<p>my credit score is being affected by these people, because I apparently opened an account when I didn't and dont have that particular account, I am very young, so to have this kind of credit score will affect my life. They are incredibly underknowledged and ive just been pushed around from pillar to post. I am tired of it. It has been 4 weeks since I first contacted them. </p>
