0 out of 10 - TELKOM BLACKLISTING WITH NO PROOF

The worse and most greedy service provider! Last my husband and I had a contract with them was 2020. We cancelled the contract and our account was paid up to date. 16 months later, into 2021 _ we started getting harassed by their debt collectors. After numerously trying to get a statement from the one debt collector, the account was handed to another debt collector and now we have to start the conversation all over again! Telkom loves to pass on the BUCK when we ask questions which clearly they don't have the answers for! Nevertheless, we liased with the new debt agency only to be ignored and now blacklisted!!!!!!! 13 July 2022 - A blacklisting for an account balance we don't have any proof of?! Is this even LEGAL? TELKOM MUST FALL!!! Companies like these pry on the innocence of their customers.
