0 for Service for Telkom

My contract with Telkom has expired yet I’m still seeing debit orders going off from my account. I’ve had constant issues with them from the beginning - call centre staff ***********, rude and not helpful at all. They don’t record notes and if they feel like they don’t wanna help you they just hang up and you have to call into the contact centre again. When you request a supervisor they are never available - or the agent hangs up on you.
