0% customer service

I've logged a fault on my adsl line 3 times and I'm still waiting on a technician. One said they would come last Friday so I took a days leave to accommodate them and no one showed up. If only I could get my adsl line through axxess, live would be grand but I'm stuck with your useless service instead. When are you coming to check my line? Now it's on you to accommodate me after hours as I already wasted a days leave for no reason.
